Coast Cakes opened 2010. I was contacted the same year by a local 5* Relais and Chateaux hotel, The Chewton Glen Hotel and spa to provide their clients with high quality wedding cakes. I have continued to supply the same high standards to all my clients for all the cakes I hand make at Coast Cakes.

I am a qualified chef, earning distinctions in pastry & patisserie. You can be certain your cake will taste delicious. It is extremely important to me that your cake will taste as good as it looks!
I have been a cake artist since 1988. I learned my skills at the Mary Ford cake artistry centre and also Bournemouth college.
I have won Gold and Silver awards for my cakes, judged by Mary Ford and Eddie Spence MBE. This gentleman was commissioned to make the Queen’s wedding cake and also Prince Charles & Diana’s cake. He also worked at Mary Ford.
